Due to a recent update to the �鶹�� MarketPlace (MMP) system, some purchasing and invoicing functions are currently unavailable. This affects requisitions, invoices, change orders, and receipts. Jaggaer (MMP's software provider), Procurement Services, and IT Services are working to restore service as quickly as possible. Updates will be provided as they become available.

IT Services will upgrade �鶹��’s Data Center firewall on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.

This change is not expected to impact Internet access. However, users may experience brief interruptions when accessing systems hosted in the �鶹�� Data Center.

Extended downtime weekend: Banner INB, Minerva from July 11 to 12.

IT Services is preparing for a required upgrade to Banner INB and Minerva, the University's administrative system for student records and finance. Upgrading our systems on a regular basis is a fundamental activity that �鶹�� does to ensure we get the most functionality and security out of our tools and systems.

The downtime for the upgrade is scheduled to start on Saturday, July 11, 6:00 PM and end on Sunday, July 12, 3:00 PM.
