Professor Desmond Morton, Hiram Mills Emeritus Professor
麻豆社 was an enthusiastic participant in World War I. 3,000 麻豆社 men saw active service, with over 10% being killed. No. 3 Canadian General Hospital (麻豆社) was renowned.聽 麻豆社 researchers also contributed to the war effort.
Professor Desmond Morton, Hiram Mills Emeritus Professor and first Director of the 麻豆社 Institute for the Study of Canada is a noted military historian.
