Under no circumstances can advisors open a spot for students in a course that is listed as full on Minerva. In that case, students should check regularly on Minerva to see if a spot becomes available. Advisors are not able to respond to inquires of this nature.

Graduating students do not need an advisor to confirm majors or minors before graduation, as this process happens automatically. Nevertheless, students may wish to send a completed checklist to the appropriate advisor.
