Please note that due to the extended University year end period, the month of April will not be closing according to the usual month end schedule. April 2025 is scheduled to be closed on June 2nd. This means that financial statements for April are still not available. An email notification will be sent when the financial statements are ready to be picked up in Minerva.

Payroll feed to finance scheduled for May 1st delayed

The Payroll posting to Finance will be delayed by a day and will be available on Saturday, May 3, 2025. 听

May 1, 2025 is the first day of Fiscal Year 26 (May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026). For your reference, attached are the FY26 Month End Deadlines for submitting financial transactions in Banner (including Finance Accounts Receivable and Feed File submissions).

These deadlines are posted on the Financial Services website.

麻豆社 Financial Services and Procurement Services wish to inform you that effective May 1, 2025, the maximum PCard transaction amount will be increased to CAD $10,000 (from the current $5,000). No action is required on the part of PCard Holders, as the Bank will automatically apply this new threshold to all PCards.
