Registration Information

Please note that the maximum number of in-person participants has been reached.

If you wish to be placed on a waitlist, use the registration form for attending in person. There is no limit for virtual attendance.

In person participants will have the option of including a guest. You and your guest (if applicable) will have a choice of 3 different options. There is a 4th option for online virtual participation. All of these options are explained below.

• There are two choices听for the payment of the听registration fee. The preferred method is by听Bank e-transfer听to the听麻豆社 Retiree Association (MURA)听bank account at this email address:听mura-arum.association [at] mcgill.ca
• The e-transfer is configured as an听automatic deposit听without the use of a security question and password. Please include in the e-transfer听comment section, these important details:听鈥淐URAC Registration鈥�, name, name of guest if applicable, your email address. These details will allow听MURA听to cross-reference your e-transfer payment to your conference registration.听
• Payment can also be made via cheque, payable to听麻豆社 Retiree Association, mailed to the听MURA Treasurer, Robert Stanley at:听 MURA,听 c/o Robert Stanley,听10475, rue de la Roche,听Montreal, QC听H2C 2P3
• MURA is a non-profit community association and therefore does not charge GST and PST value added taxes.听
• MURA听will send you a confirmation of payment by return email.
• Refunds will be issued only for cancellations made before May 13, 2025.听

EARLY BIRD Registration is from February 23听- April 25

REGULAR registration is April 26听- May 12.
