Registration Fees Regular Discounted
Basic (no meals) $40 CA $25 CA
Partial (Saturday lunch included) $80 CA $45 CA
Full (Saturday lunch and dinner included) $150 CA $80 CA

There are two main rates:ĚýRegular, andĚýDiscountedĚý(part-time faculty, independent, student).

Three registration options are available to all conference attendees:Ěý

  • Basic – access to all conference sessions, performances, refreshments (tea/coffee)

  • Partial – Basic + Saturday conference lunch

  • Full – Basic +ĚýSaturday conference lunch and Saturday conference dinnerĚý

Meal options are available until September 18, 2023. Registering by September 1 would assist conference organizers in planning.Ěý

Dinner – buffet style meal at Ěý

  • Appetizers: Chickpea fries and House creton and crostini

  • Mains: Seasonal vegetablesĚýand tofu curry, Braised tofu and sautĂ©ed veggies,ĚýThree bean chili and ground seitan, Caesar salad

  • Dessert: Caramel and chocolate tarte and Lemon pie
