Dr. Massicotte is a family physician whose professional career is distinguished by a sustained commitment to public health, youth health, addiction medicine, and medical education.

As the physician responsible for public health initiatives in prevention and health promotion within school settings, she plays a key role in several priority areas, including the development of personal and social competencies, the promotion of positive mental health, balanced screen use, and addiction prevention. She also dedicated several years to overdose prevention and harm reduction, where she distinguished herself through her leadership in coordinating the implementation of supervised consumption services in the Outaouais region. This commitment earned her the King Charles III Coronation Medal in 2025. Deeply invested in her community, she also contributed to the creation of a community clinic in collaboration with local organizations to improve access to care for people experiencing vulnerability.

Alongside her clinical practice, Dr. Massicotte is actively involved in medical education at Â鶹Éç. From 2019 to 2026, she served as Co-Director of the From Molecules to Global Health block at the Outaouais Campus. Recognized for her excellence in teaching, clinical expertise, and role as a mentor to future physicians, she was inducted into Â鶹Éç’s Academy of Exemplary Medical Educators in 2024 and received the Osler Award for Excellence in Teaching in 2026.

Since 2026, she has served as Director of Student and Resident Affairs at the Outaouais Campus. She hopes to draw on her background and experience to contribute to the well-being, personal growth, and success of students and residents.
