The paper analyzes a global set of 428 peace agreements over three decades, finding that international norms on internally displaced persons have seen more limited uptake than commonly assumed. The first workshop for the Multilingual Interpretation of the Outer Space Treaty (OST) has officially concluded in San Jos茅, Costa Rica.
